To resolve this issue: Uninstall the ASUS plugin. For instance with my setup that older plugin actually causes iCUE to crash on launch. If you installed Armory Crate before the ASUS plugin, you may run into an issue where the DRAM is not detected. Also that plugin is outdated and will not resolve the issue for everyone. I updated icue to the latest version with no luck either.
